GNA Consultants played a pivotal role in the comprehensive Geotechnical Investigation, detailed Liquefaction Analysis, Stormwater and Wastewater Management, as well as thorough Construction Monitoring of the Proposed Motel Development project. This wonderful undertaking was made possible, in part, due to the exceptional collaboration and support provided by Newina Rotorua, whose contributions include the stunning photography that captures the essence of this development.

GNA Consultants conducted site visits for various inspections including Initial Site Inspection, DPM Installation, Pre-Pour Inspections for precast panels, building foundation, ground slab, bus pads, capacitor pad, reactor pad, cooler pad, Grid 5 slab, roof framing steel beams and top roof installation and the Final Inspection of the Hamilton STATCOM Building.
