A depiction of a golf cover consists of curved portal frames and roof framing that GNA Consultants is involved with, alongside the Geotechnical Investigation. The site is located in the town of Hamilton West and is situated on flat level ground. Behind it, at a distance of 9 m, the ground transitions into a moderate to steep slope beyond the property boundary.

Proposed New Dwelling
GNA Consultants Ltd has been engaged to undertake Geotechnical and Slope Stability Investigation, as well as Foundation and Structural Design for a Proposed Dwelling in Tairua. The site for the proposed new dwelling is situated on moderately sloping ground with a gradient between 15 to 20 degrees. The sloping terrain is bordered by a series of locally flat areas extending up to 4 m in length. Below the proposed dwelling lies an existing lower flat-level platform measuring about 13 m in length, partly cut from the same sloping ground. The lower flat-level platform has an existing shed that will remain on site.

Proposed Garage and Dwelling Alterations
The proposed garage for an existing dwelling in Hamilton will be constructed on the existing ramp leading to the lower ground level of the old basement garage beneath the dwelling. The ramp has a slope of approximately 14 degrees. The old basement garage is set to be converted into a habitable space featuring a kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The bedroom and kitchen will be situated within the existing basement concrete floor area, while the bathroom will be installed in the available space under the subflooring of the existing dwelling.
